With 25 years of experience in the industry and international prestige, Yann Duytsche will share the secrets of his very personal and successful bakery, Dolç, in Barcelona. Chef Yann Duytsche will also explain the thought process behind the desserts from his new book "One Week with Yann Duytsche".

Chef Yann Duytsche will have you create different products available in his shop, from tarts to entremets, miniature cakes, petits fours, snacks and chocolate bonbons. Chef Duytsche will also discuss every detail of those treats from creation to packaging.

Join this very special class to be inspired by Chef Yann Duytsche’s gastronomic, elegant, trendy and brilliant style. You will understand why his customers at first are impressed by the look of his creations but keep a timeless memory of the taste. 



Objectives:

·       Learn an array of pastry production and decorating techniques to enhance your creations

·       Journey through Chef Duytsche’s creative process, learning his steps from inspiration to the final product

·       Produce chocolate bonbons with Chef Duytsche’s expertise and unique palate

·       Recreate some of the pastry items from Chef Duytsche’s popular pastry shop, Dolç
